VINYASA YOGA

Vinyasa is a flowing style of yoga that links breath with movement, with focus on inhaling and exhaling as you move from one pose to the next.

The continual flowing movement of vinyasa yoga helps stretch your muscles, while they are being strengthened, allowing greater mobility and range of movement.

Do I need to book?

If possible, but don't worry if you haven't, just come along anyway.

How do I Pay?

Cash or bank transfer.

 

Do I need my own mat?

Yes, but if you forget it I can find a spare for you.

What should I wear?

Comfortable workout clothes

 

Is the class suitable for beginners?

Yes I try to give lots of options as we go, so everyone can work at the right level for them
